Without being one of the lightest :)) soups, it is, without a doubt: P, one of the best.
Cut the pork rib into small pieces (pieces as much as you put in a portion of soup) and put it to boil in a liter of water. Put the pot on the fire and let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Discard the water, pass the pieces of meat under a stream of water and boil them again in 4-5 l of water with a little salt.
Add in the water the finely chopped and chopped roots and the cleaned and cut onion in 4.
Let it boil for 15-20 minutes, then add the washed and chopped pepper cubes and peeled, washed and diced potatoes, bay leaf.
Let it boil for another 15-20 minutes, add the cabbage mill and let it boil for a few more minutes.
Add the washed and finely chopped greens (larch, parsley, tarragon), stopping a little parsley to put on a plate to serve, and hot paprika.
Dilute the cream with hot soup and pour it into the pot.
Add thyme as much as you can with two fingers, match the taste of salt and pepper and .... ready: P
