A delicious combination of vegetables with chicken, served with my favorite rice.
- 8 upper thighs
- 2 bunches of green onions
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- a small zucchini
- 1 cup of tomato juice
- 5 cloves of crushed garlic with a knife blade
- ground coriander
- Basmati rice boiled in salted water

The well-washed, dried, salted and peppered chicken legs were hardened over a high heat, in 100 ml of oil, until the skin became crispy. I took them out on a plate and set them aside.
In the bowl where I made the thighs, I put the chopped onion until it started to soften, followed by the unpeeled mushrooms, the peppers and the diced zucchini. I lower the heat and put the lid on for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato juice, garlic and coriander. Mix lightly with a spatula.
Place the chicken legs on top and leave for another 5 minutes.
We serve this tasty dish with basmati rice.

Necessary ingredients for chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese:
1 chicken breast
10 slices of bacon bacon
1 red bell pepper
3 teaspoons mustard
1 glass of white wine
100 g butter
a sprig of rosemary or thyme
How to prepare chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese:
Melt 50 g of butter in a saucepan or pan, add the mushrooms, cook until the juice decreases, salt and pepper. Leave to cool. Cut the pepper into strips. Cut the chicken breast into slices, beat lightly with a hammer, salt and pepper, then grease with mustard. Put about 2 teaspoons of hardened mushrooms on each slice of chicken. Place a piece of cheese and a slice of red pepper on top of the mushrooms. Roll tightly, then put on a strip of bacon and roll again each roll is caught with 2-3 toothpicks.
Do the same with the other rolls and then place in a dish of embarrassment. Put a few more pieces of cheese on top of the rolls, and the rest of the diced butter, sprinkle the rosemary needles.
