As the first recipe of May I propose chicken with peppers, an easy to make second dish that I really like.
The recipes for preparing chicken (you know) are endless but they are never enough. What I show you today you can also use it for the preparation of legs, or just like me for the chicken breast;) Happy weekend to those who pass through here ...

Method

How to make chicken with peppers

Fry the chopped carrot, onion and celery for about 5 minutes.

Add the peppers, washed, cleaned and cut into chunks or strips.

Now add the chicken breast cut into strips and season with the vegetables.

Cover the chicken with the peppers with hot broth and continue cooking for about 10 minutes, covering the chicken with a lid.

As soon as the chicken is cooked, season with salt if necessary, remove the lid and let it dry.
Then serve the chicken with the peppers on the plates;)

Chicken with peppers: nutritional properties
