For the dough, sift the flour in a large bowl. Make a hole in the middle and add the yeast, warm water, honey and wine. We start to knead and when it gains consistency we add the oil and salt.

Knead an elastic dough, which no longer sticks to your hand.

Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to rise for 60 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

Pass the cheese with a fork then add the egg and mix until smooth. Add the washed and finely chopped leurda then the finely chopped onion.

Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Optionally you can add a tablespoon of sour cream.

We turn the leavened dough over on the lightly floured work surface.

Spread the dough into a thin sheet and cut circles with the shape.

Put the circle in shape and add a tablespoon of filling in the middle.

Grease the edges with beaten egg and close the shape, thus obtaining the package.

If you have no shapes you can cut the dough with a glass with a wider mouth then add the filling and fold. Press the edges with a fork.

Place the packages in a tray lined with baking paper and grease them with beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven, over medium heat, until golden brown on top.

After they are baked, they are taken out on a grill and as I told you: they can be eaten both hot and cold.

Pie with leurda and nettles, with leavened dough, very fluffy or with fine sheets & ndash o recipe wonderful, spring. It can be done fasting or sweet (with eggs and cheese) and is absolutely wonderful in any variant. This pie can be made the same with spinach, stevia, beet leaves or loboda.

Recipe it is extremely simple and does not require much engineering. I kneaded a simple bread dough today, I baked some cakes in the pan & ndash see the recipe and I made a bread, but also a sheet of leurda and nettle pie.

What we need for the recipe for leurda and nettle pie:

  • For the dough:
  • -250 g flour
  • -2 g dry yeast or 8 g fresh yeast
  • -100 ml of warm water
  • -1 salt powder
  • -1-2 tablespoons kneading oil

  • -600 g nettles or leurda.

  • -2 tablespoons oil

  • Sweet filling:
  • -500 g leurda, nettle or spinach.

  • -200 g fresh cheese or telemea, cheese ..

Pâtés with milk kernels, a successful combination of puff pastry, zucchini, red pepper and milk core. Because I really wanted something with puff pastry but not sweet, I can say that I had a good inspiration to make these pies. They are easy to make, very tasty and can be prepared both for a snack during the day and for holiday meals. The milk kernel is perfect for these pies, especially since it does not melt in the oven, thus risking leakage. I think a thin slice of chicken pastrami would have worked, but I didn't have it next time !!

Preparation Pâtés with milk kernels

The puff pastry is cut into squares with a side of 11 cm.
From each square, cut a 1 cm wide edge without removing it.
Inside the square we place slices of zucchini, (I used zucchini) slices of bell pepper, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and place a round of milk core on top.

We take the opposite corners of the cut edge and join them above the milk core washer.
Do the same with the other two corners.
Grease them with egg yolk, sprinkle a mixture of seeds and place them in the tray on baking paper.
Put the tray in the preheated oven, over high heat until the puff pastry grows and browns slightly.
Serve both hot and cold.

Here is how I promised the other day I came back with an idea to serve Cauliflower salad . I used Milk core which is one of my favorite cheeses in making this appetizer or snack, as you like to call it & # 8230. In addition to tomatoes, cucumbers, hot peppers, I also cut a few pieces of smoked bacon on a plate & # 8230. God, what a delight & # 8230. A simple and yet so good way & # 8230. What is sophisticated is not always very good. I have always been on the principle that simple foods, prepared by our mothers, grandmothers have a special flavor. Even if they are more old-fashioned, these dishes evoke pleasant memories now that, after years, I also prepare them for my children & # 8230. Are you right?

Ingredients Appetizer with Milk Core :

3 boxes with Milk core
tomatoes, cucumbers, hot peppers, onions
cauliflower salad (see recipe here)

Preparation of Appetizer with Milk Core :

Nothing is easier to prepare than this appetizer & # 8230. Even if you are taken by surprise by the guests, you do it honorably in front of them with this service. Prepare first Cauliflower salad as I described in the recipe ( Here ).

I suggest you try this option even with Roe salad , this combination is also insane. You will be right if you try. Along with these appetizers I also put in the morning, onions, hot peppers, tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers and holy smoked bacon from the country & # 8230.

Aperitif with Milk Core

We will clean the onion, wash it, finely chop it and put it in a saucepan with high and roomy walls (we will use it until the end).

When the onion becomes translucent, add the pieces of lamb that I washed with water and vinegar (to remove the unpleasant odor) and leave them to harden for about 5-10 minutes.

Then add 2 cups of hot water, put the lid on the pan, simmer to simmer the meat.

From time to time we stir, and if the liquid drops we add hot water.

The spinach that I cleaned of the tail and washed well of earth or sand under a stream of cold water, I add chopped (if necessary, and if I do not add it whole) in the pan after the lamb is well prepared.

Let everything boil together for about 30-40 minutes.

Towards the end we add the tomato paste, the finely chopped leurda.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This spinach lamb dish will be served hot with polenta, with a green salad with radishes and green onions.
