Maybe it's someone's craving for something sweet and fast, or to remind you of one of the "sweets" of childhood, in case you forgot ... that's why I posted it.
I had really forgotten about this recipe until tonight when my husband reminded me with the request to make him want it ... until a few years ago I didn't even know about this recipe, since I learned it I made it with various flavors. My husband asked me to make them with vanilla flavor, I would have liked oregano and garlic. It was not in my plans but what could I say ???

RECIPE PREPARATION Slices of bread with vanilla flavor:
In the first phase, mix the eggs with a pinch of salt, add the milk and vanilla flavor and mix well. If the ingredients are at room temperature, the composition is fluffy, as are the slices of bread. Vanilla essence gives a different and very good taste. Fry the slices on both sides until golden. Remove on a roll of paper to absorb excess oil and powder with sugar.
Instead of caster sugar you can sprinkle vanilla powdered sugar and a little cinnamon on top, it is delicious, just like it is with honey. You can replace the essence of vanilla and sugar with salt, black pepper, oregano and garlic and it results in a "salty" idea for those who do not consume sugar or sweets, just as delicious. If you like it consumed with milk with chocolate or cocoa, it goes "greased" ... :)

The cake with cottage cheese and vanilla flavor is easy to prepare, so anyone can make it. It is a quick and very tasty dessert. Every time I make this cake, it instantly disappears from the table.
- 250 gr wheat flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 125 gr brown sugar, 60 gr cocoa
- 60 gr butter, 2 eggs
- 60 m milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Ingredients for the filling:
- 250 gr cow's cheese, 1 egg
- 60 gr brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Method of preparation:
In a deep bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and baking soda. Add salt, brown sugar and cocoa powder and mix well. In another bowl, break the eggs and mix them with the melted butter, milk and vanilla essence.
Gradually add this mixture to the bowl with dry ingredients. Mix well. We should get a thicker dough.
Spread half of the dough on the bottom of a square tray (20 x 20 cm) lined with baking paper.
In a bowl beat the egg with the brown sugar. Add cottage cheese, cornstarch, salt and vanilla essence. Mix all ingredients well. Carefully pour the filling over the dough. Even if it is a little thinner, during baking, the filling will harden.
Add the other half of the dough on top and put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. We can check with a toothpick if the countertop is baked enough.
After it is baked, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool. Only then do we cut it into slices and serve it. We can decorate it to our liking. Good appetite and increase cooking!

The creamy cake with biscuit top and vanilla pudding is so good that it will instantly sweeten your day. I prepare it very often because the recipe is quite simple.
- 400 gr simple biscuits
- 2 sachets of vanilla pudding, 8 tablespoons sugar
- 800 ml milk, 400 ml liquid cream for whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 2 sachets of whipping cream, 60 gr dark chocolate
- 250 gr sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml liquid cream for whipped cream
- 400 gr butter, 60 gr bee honey
- A pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
Divide the biscuits into three. Place a layer of biscuits in a baking tray. We prepare the caramel.
Put the sugar in a saucepan and melt it over low heat. We pour liquid cream over it. We continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
Then add the butter, vanilla sugar, honey and salt. Mix well. Cook until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy. Put the caramel over the layer of biscuits in the tray.
Cover the caramel with a new layer of biscuits. Put the tray in the fridge for a few minutes, during which time the caramel will harden.
Pour into a saucepan 600 ml of milk, 8 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar. In the remaining milk we add vanilla-flavored pudding. Pour the pudding into the boiling milk and mix until it thickens.
Pour the pudding over the layer of biscuits in the pan. We spread it evenly. Cover with the remaining biscuits.
Using the mixer, beat the liquid cream with the powdered sugar and the 2 sachets of hardener until you get a firm whipped cream. Pour the cream over the last layer of biscuits.
We put the chocolate on a grater. Sprinkle over the layer of whipped cream, grated chocolate. Put the cake in the fridge for at least 3 hours, after which we can cut it and serve it. Good appetite and increase cooking!

4- Let it simmer for about 1-1 1/2 hours, until the orange slices begin to become translucent and the syrup has dropped.

No, it's not about an argument, but about that dish that we all probably ate as children, from slices of bread soaked in milk, alternated with grated cheese and browned in the oven with beaten eggs. All in all, it turned out to be a very tasty papara and, from where I thought I would not have the mustards, I was surprised to see that I was asked for another portion of papara: P.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
& # 8211 bread 12 slices (300 g)
& # 8211 milk 600 ml
& # 8211 cheese telemea 200 g
& # 8211 butter 25 g
& # 8211 eggs 3 pcs.
& # 8211 bell pepper / cap 1 piece. (150 g)
& # 8211 parmesan race 50 g
& # 8211 salt, pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a rectangular Jena bowl with butter. Be careful, the pot must be high enough for the breast to swell during baking! Soak 6 slices of bread in milk and place them on the bottom of the bowl. Distribute half of the amount of grated Telemea cheese, and put the sliced bell pepper on top (if you don't want it with peppers, don't put it ready!).
Soak the other 6 slices of bread and place them in the bowl. Distribute the rest of the grated telemea. Beat eggs in a bowl and put the remaining milk on top. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the bread and cheese. Spread the remaining butter and grated Parmesan cheese on top. Grind a little more pepper and put it in the oven. Leave for 40-45 minutes, until the top layer of cheese has browned nicely.
Serve hot duck :). What will be left can be reheated the next day without any problems.

The preparation of some American pancakes has been on my list for some time, but the unsuccessful attempts made me give up this idea for a while. Although the cooking process may seem simple, it is not at all so when we remove fats from the landscape. Because these pancakes cook over a high flame in a short time and burn very quickly, the speed with which we move is essential. I made impeccable normal pancakes countless times for my friend, but the healthy one was the one that bothered me every time.
The biggest problem is that in the absence of fat, the pancakes stick quite hard, even to non-stick surfaces, and if the dough is not perfect, they break on return. Burnt pancakes, broken, unripe, not grown, I made them all and I couldn't find the perfect recipe. I started to think that I will be able to make healthy pancakes only when the calorie-free spray for frying and baking will appear in our country as well.
Because I hate to give up, I decided to try again and I am very happy that I did it!

To make the return process easier, you can add a little coconut oil to the pan, but I omitted the oil.

How could I resist such a dessert?
Walden Farms caramel syrup is my favorite, and the big surprise is that this syrup does not contain calories. It is sweet and very fragrant, and I use it without remorse as a topping for porridge, ice cream, fruit and pancakes whenever my heart or stomach craves. :)) Clearly, this syrup made me a happier man.
Vanilla has a strong, unmistakable, floral scent, vanillin being the most aromatic substance in this spice. Vanillin can also be produced artificially, but, of course, the synthetic flavor does not compare to the original vanilla flavor. It is used in cooking to give sweet dishes an irresistible taste and smell.
Vanilla enriches many classic desserts, such as panna cotta or burnt sugar cream. It is also suitable for flavoring sweet sauces, bakery products, for various drinks, puddings, yogurts, creams, cakes, ice cream, chocolate, candy, biscuits, compotes, jam and desserts of any kind. Vanilla is also used to flavor fish, white meat or shellfish.
In order to enjoy the intense aroma of vanilla, you must first soak the pod in warm water or, as the case may be - in warm milk. Then cut to length and extract the contents. You can use in your preparations both the extracted seeds and the remaining pod. During the preparation of the creams and puddings on the fire, you can best highlight the vanilla flavor using both the pod and the contents.
Method of preparation
Put the biscuits in the blender and mix them with the melted butter.
In a 24cm tray lined with baking paper only on the bottom, place the crushed biscuits and spread them evenly, then put the tray in the fridge until we take care of the filling:
Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, and mix the yolks well with the sugar and vanilla sugar until they change color and the sugar is melted, then add the vanilla essence, the pudding sachet and the starch and mix until smooth.
Now, we put the cream cheese and mix lightly until we incorporate all the ingredients nicely, and at the end, the beaten egg whites that we mix in the composition with a spatula with movements from bottom to top until homogenous.
We pour the resulting filling over the biscuit base, level it nicely and put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 & degC for about 45 minutes.
To make sure it doesn't burn on the bottom, you can wrap the tray in aluminum foil for safety!
After the cheesecake is ready, let it cool, then put it in the fridge for a few hours or until morning.
